This app works like those employees you have to work with but your boss won't ever fire them.. its trash on the PC, trash on the app and god save you if you ever try to remote into a machine let alone close a ticket because that will take a minute or 2 just to sit and spin. dont waste your money on their subscription...

Broken. Constantly disconnects. Can't use mouse or keyboard during remote session. View only. Signing on requires a second device for 2FA (can't receive code on phone).
